Additional Session Information
Before your session
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Think what you would wear to a yoga class or to the gym.
Refrain from eating for at least 1 hour prior, preferably two hours if possible.
Thai Bodywork is a floor based practice done on a large floor cushion. Clients must be able to get up and down from the floor. Sessions can be done on a table, but please request this before your session. Either contact me directly or contact Bath House.
Please do your best to arrive on time. Enter the healing studio quietly to respect other healers and sessions in progress.
During your session
At any point during sessions, we can take breaks, pause, or end if needed. Emotions and trauma stored in the body can be overwhelming at times. I am here to support you as my client in every way that I can and your safety and feeling of security are of the utmost importance.
I will end any session if I feel my safety is at risk. As a bodyworker I ask my clients to respect my personal boundaries and physical body as much as their own.
After your session
Take time for yourself and integration. Healing and bodywork sessions can have a heavy impact on our physical bodies and emotions, and may require time to rest and reset.
Drink lots of water.
Enjoy the calmness in body and mind.
