Additional Session Information

Before your session

  • Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Think what you would wear to a yoga class or to the gym.

  • Refrain from eating for at least 1 hour prior, preferably two hours if possible.

  • Thai Bodywork is a floor based practice done on a large floor cushion. Clients must be able to get up and down from the floor. Sessions can be done on a table, but please request this before your session. Either contact me directly or contact Bath House.

  • Please do your best to arrive on time. Enter the healing studio quietly to respect other healers and sessions in progress.

During your session

  • At any point during sessions, we can take breaks, pause, or end if needed. Emotions and trauma stored in the body can be overwhelming at times. I am here to support you as my client in every way that I can and your safety and feeling of security are of the utmost importance.

  • I will end any session if I feel my safety is at risk. As a bodyworker I ask my clients to respect my personal boundaries and physical body as much as their own.

After your session

  • Take time for yourself and integration. Healing and bodywork sessions can have a heavy impact on our physical bodies and emotions, and may require time to rest and reset.

  • Drink lots of water.

  • Enjoy the calmness in body and mind.
